A small team that reads everything
Support
Daycrumbs is made by a small team that reads every message. If something is not working, or you just have a question, we want to hear from you.
Email us: hello@daycrumbs.com
Include your iPhone model and iOS version if you are reporting a problem. Please do not email recordings or photos of your family; we do not need them to help, and your journal is yours.
Have an idea? Request a feature and vote on what Daycrumbs should learn next. We build in the open there.
Common questions
Where is my journal stored?
On your devices and in your family’s own iCloud. Daycrumbs has no servers, so your crumbs never pass through us. There is no account to create and no password to remember; the app uses the iCloud account already on your phone. More detail is in our privacy policy.
I got a new phone. How do I get my trail back?
Sign in to the same iCloud account, install Daycrumbs, and your trail restores from your iCloud. Give it a little time on the first open if your journal is large.
How does my co-parent join?
From the app, send them an invitation. They accept it on their iPhone with their own iCloud account, and from then on you both see the same family trail and can each leave crumbs on it.
Can I get my memories out?
Yes, always. The app can export your full journal, including named audio files and a complete archive of your words and family timeline. Capture, viewing, sync, and export are free and will stay free.
How do I delete my data?
Your journal belongs to you, so deletion is in your hands: delete the app and remove its data from your iCloud storage settings. We keep no copy. If you joined the website waitlist and want that email removed, write to us and we will delete it.
